Dinner after the show. Lots of food:-) As a good coach, I had to show some solidarity and participate in the food feast. After several entrees, steaks and potatoes, we were three girls who "had to" order a dessert to share. It only consisted of 25 scoops of ice cream, chocolate sauce, baileys and cream! :-)

On September 25 & 26, the annual Mr. & Ms. Olympia was staged in Las Vegas, Nevada. This very famous & prestigious bodybuilding and fitness competition is one of the largest in the world dating all the way back to 1965.

The Mr. Olympia was the first professional bodybuilding competition founded in the IFBB (International Federation of Body Building and Fitness). The Ms. Olympia followed in 1980, the Fitness Olympia in 1995, and the Figure Olympia in 2003.

Meet our new Evolution Hotel figure athlete Heidi Rosenfeldt!

Heidi will be competing in body fitness (figure) at the Danish Nationals in 2010. She is a debutant with very good potential. You can read about her in her athlete profile where she will introduce herself and share some of her training photos with you. She will keep you posted on her progress throughout her journey to the National stage.

Betty Pariso – what a wonder woman!

At the world’s largest bodybuilding competition for women: The prestigious Ms. Olympia, Betty Pariso took an impressing 6^th place. Evolution Hotel is impressed with this lady not only because she has entered over thirty professional bodybuilding competitions and she has finished in the top six at the Ms. Olympia and Ms. International (The Arnold Sports Festival) events a total of 15 times.

We are particularly impressed because this wonder woman keeps getting better and better by each year. She is still going strong (and stronger!) at the age of 53 years old! Now you can never use your age again for an excuse not to be fit!

New interview!

The second round of the TV- documentary: “Denmark according to Bubber” is going on the air tomorrow, Thursday October 1^st.

For you who have been following our news section, you might remember that coach Helle Nielsen was part of one of the first round of documentaries. You can view the full documentary here: Media

The documentary was about the fitness lifestyle of Helle Nielsen – private and professionally. She invites the camera crew into her private home and her second home: the gym! She shows the interviewer (Bubber) how she works with Evolution Hotel clients and what she can do for him.
