Earlier this year, Evolutionhotel founder Helle Nielsen has made a highly anticipated return to the world of professional bodybuilding at the 2011 Fibo Power Pro Championships. Helle’s return however was made even more illustrious by the fact that not only she had been away from the contest stage for more than seven years, but also she looked in the best shape of her life. Showing a great stage performance and getting the crowd behind her she was rewarded with a thoroughly convincing victory.

Every month all Evolutionhotel athletes are invited for motivational group training! The group trainings are having the purpose of bringing the athletes to team up, motivate and help each other. Evolutionhotel’s philosophy is to bring people in the sport closer together, forming friendships and in a mutual effort lift our sport and the athlete’s individual performance to a higher level.

Get in on the action for the 2011 Danish Nationals! Another milestone was reached in the countdown to the event as the ticket sales started. The Danish Nationals are the highlight of the year and it’s going to be a fantastic show with lots of entertainment. Evolutionhotel will be presenting a whole bunch of great athletes in the categories athletic fitness, bodyfitness and bodybuilding.

On April 30th, natural bodybuilder and Evoloutionhotel athlete Line Kolbe competed at the 2011 Oslo Grand Prix. Line came in at her best to date and was super happy with her showing. And what happens now? Line will be back again on a diet and training program made by coach Helle to pack on some quality mass!
