Line Kolbe at the 2011 Oslo Grand Prix

This weekend EvolutionHotel athlete and natural bodybuilder Line Kolbe will be travelling to Oslo, Norway to compete at this year’s Oslo Grand Prix. Line is pretty excited and can hardly wait to step onstage! We wish her all the best for the big day as well as hope that her competition experience is all that she wants it to be and more.

The Grand Prix will feature 113 athletes competing in fifteen different categories. So, it’s is going to be a fantastic show with lots of entertainment. If you are living in Oslo area, we strongly recommend you to attend it. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for more news about it to be posted here.

Relaunch of coach Helle’s personal website

April, 16^th was not only the day of IFBB professional bodybuilder and Evolutionhotel coach Helle’s amazing comeback as a competitive bodybuilder, but the day of the relaunch of her personal website as well! Line Kolbe made her debut in Classic Bodybuilding

Today, Evolutionhotel athlete Line Kolbe made her debut in Classic Bodybuilding (Women’s Physique) at this year’s Battle of Scandinavia. Line loved being on stage and showed a great stage presence — really getting the crowd behind her. In the end, she took the thankless fourth place.

Regardless of her placement, Line is super happy with her showing. She has done her best and she couldn’t have done anything different. She looked as good as she possibly could, she loved being on stage, her posing routine was perfect. Therefore, she can’t wait to compete again!

You’ve all been able to follow Line’s journey from being a figure competitor to becoming a natural bodybuilder over the past two years. She has worked very hard since then, has made her dream come true and entered last year’s Fitnessfestivalen in bodybuilding.

After the Arnold Sports Festival, Evolutionhotel coach and IFBB professional bodybuilder Helle Nielsen made her way to New York City. One of the days, she worked out at the legendary Bev Francis’ Powerhouse Gym! It’s a 30,000-square foot (27,870-square meter) facility including a state-of-the-art weight room, a full cardio center, a boxing ring, MMA studio, group fitness and juice bar! While Helle was there, she shot a great leg-training video with Dave Palumbo for rxmuscle.com!

Helle Nielsen making her comeback to competitive bodybuilding!

It’s been more than seven years since coach Helle Nielsen has competed in bodybuilding. She had just turned 27 when she won the 2003 Jan Tana Pro Classics and placed 5^th in the Olympia that same year as the youngest competitor on stage. Then a herniated disc and a torn biceps made her retire from competition.

She didn’t retire voluntarily, but she learned a lot. Valuable lessons of life. One of the things she learned was to trust herself, listen to her body, and respect it. She learned that the mind and the body have to work together and respect each other. She takes the same approach when she works with her clients. She works with the mind and body individually and then makes them hold hands…

After successfully coaching all kinds of clients for seven years, Helle decided that’s time to show the world how she thinks a female bodybuilder should look like from her perspective. So, what she calls her second pro debut will take place at the FIBO Power Pro Championships in Germany April, 16^th!
