Arnold Sports Festival was a blast!

Arnold Sports Festival was a blast! It was packed with fitness enthusiasts from all over the world, who came to see the newest trends and meet their idols as well as see great competitions! There were stage shows and competitions from morning to evening — bodybuilding, strongman, track & field, martial arts… you name it…

Coach Helle was working with the apparel company EJM Company, who are featuring awesome looking four way stretch jeans from Rio de Janiero, Brasil. At their booth you could meet her, take an autographed photo home and talk to her about lifestyle coaching, aesthetic training as well as competition preparation. When Helle wasn’t at the booth, you might have found her teaming up with other top trainers and athletes in the world to exchange general ideas and training techniques or working out at Metro Fitness, which is the official gym of the Arnold Classic and right down the street from the Expo.

Helle enjoyed the Arnold Sports Festival very much, the athletes and fans were great and it was wonderful to catch up with old friends and make some new ones as well. Thank you for making the 2011 Arnold Sports Festival such a great experience! See you all March 1–4, 2012!

The Arnold Classic is along with the Olympia the most prestigious professional bodybuilding show in the world and is always going to be a fantastic show with lots of entertainment!
